• We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly organized Strategy & Business Operations Manager.
• You’ll act as a force multiplier for the business, owning operational rhythms and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive performance rigor by tracking KPIs and spotting anomalies early.
• Lead mission-critical initiatives to move the business forward.
• Be a systems thinker to solve operational pain points and improve processes.
• Shape product and strategy through data insights.
• Act like an owner and push forward ideas proactively.
• 4 - 6+ years of experience in fintech or high-impact roles required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required; MBA is a plus.
• Must encompass company core values of hard work and kindness.
