In Short

• Timely complete and follow through on all tasks assigned through the Brokerage Operations department.
• Must possess experience with real estate contracts within the state of Connecticut.
• Utilize only companies provided tools, technology, and methods of communication.
• Perform contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance of real estate transactions.
• Ensure all files in the Company's Transaction Management System are reviewed timely (48hrs).
• Communicate effectively with agents regarding deficiencies in documents.
• Support Broker team efforts to ensure compliance.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Licensed and based in the State of Connecticut.
• Experience with real estate contracts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
