In Short

• Timely complete and follow through on all tasks as assigned through the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker.
• Experience with real estate contracts within the state of New Jersey is required.
• Experience with contracts pertaining to both North and South Virginia is an asset.
• Utilize only companies provided tools, technology, and methods of communication.
• Perform contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance.
• Ensure all files in the Company's Transaction Management System are reviewed timely (48hrs).
• Effectively communicate with agents regarding deficiencies in documents.
• Support Broker team efforts to ensure compliance.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be Licensed and Based in the State of Virginia.
• Experience in real estate contracts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with provided tools and technology.
• Attention to detail for contract compliance.
