• Timely complete and follow through on all tasks assigned through the Brokerage Operations department.
• Experience with real estate contracts in Nevada is required.
• Utilize provided tools and communication methods.
• Perform contract reviews for legal compliance.
• Ensure timely review of files in the Company’s Transaction Management System.
• Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies.
• Support compliance efforts with the Broker team.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Experience with real estate contracts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail for compliance.
