• Contract Specialist position available as a 1099 Contractor.
• Remote position, but must be licensed and based in New Jersey.
• Timely completion of tasks assigned by the Brokerage Operations department.
• Experience with real estate contracts in New Jersey is required.
• Utilization of company-provided tools and communication methods.
• Perform contract reviews for legal compliance.
• Ensure timely review of files in the Transaction Management System.
• Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies.
• Support compliance efforts with the Broker team.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
