In Short

• Timely complete and follow through on all tasks assigned through the Brokerage Operations department.
• Experience with real estate contracts in Florida is required; knowledge of North and South Florida is a plus.
• Utilize provided tools and methods of communication with staff and agents.
• Perform contract reviews for legal and compliance verification.
• Ensure timely review of files in the Company's Transaction Management System.
• Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies.
• Support Broker team efforts to ensure compliance.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be licensed and based in Florida.
• Experience in real estate contracts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow through on tasks.
• Knowledge of compliance standards in real estate.
