• Timely complete and follow through on all tasks assigned through the Brokerage Operations department.
• Possess experience with real estate contracts within the state of North Carolina.
• Utilize only companies provided tools, technology, and methods of communication.
• Perform contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance.
• Ensure timely review of all files in the Company's Transaction Management System.
• Communicate effectively with agents regarding deficiencies in documents.
• Support Broker team efforts to ensure compliance.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be licensed and based in North Carolina.
• Experience with real estate contracts.
• Ability to communicate effectively and promptly.
• Familiarity with compliance and transaction management systems.
