Overview

Real Chemistry is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to optimize our Salesforce platform and enhance sales processes through data management and reporting.

In Short

Manage and ensure data accuracy within Salesforce.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel.
Provide support to Salesforce users and troubleshoot issues.
Train users on Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment on business objectives.
Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Excellent communication skills to work with diverse teams.
1-3 years of experience in sales operations or related roles.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields like Business Administration or Computer Science.
Salesforce Lightning experience is essential.
Experience with data visualization software such as PowerBI.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Professional Services or Life Sciences is a plus.
