Overview

The Senior Group Director, Global Inclusion & Health Equity at Real Chemistry is responsible for managing a $2m+ portfolio of health equity client relationships, ensuring innovative solutions to advance health equity as a business imperative.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 13 years of experience in a Public Relations agency or client side.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and develop junior staff.
• Proven track record in client relationship management.
• Critical and creative thinking abilities.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work in-office or with clients 2-3 days per week.
