Overview

The Health Equity Senior Professional will lead initiatives to improve health outcomes and address health equity gaps within the organization, focusing on strategic planning and collaboration.

• Lead end-to-end program design for health equity initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, nursing, or related field.
• 5 years of experience managing projects or programs.
• Strong critical thinking and flexibility.
• Experience in leading health literacy initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing innovation pilots.
• Preferred: Master's degree and PMP Certification.
• Experience in instructional design for training curriculum.
• Ability to work with executive leaders to drive systems change.
