Overview

The primary responsibility of the Data Governance Data Lead at Humana Military is to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM) best practices, focusing on provider and beneficiary data.

• Lead design and implementation of MDM and RDM initiatives.
• Provide data management support to the Data Science team.

• Contribute to operational excellence and scalability.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required for government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in MDM/RDM.
• Experience in healthcare/provider data management.
• Strong knowledge of data governance policies.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data pipeline automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms and on-prem environments.
• Hands-on experience with data integration and ETL.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in building GenAI applications.
• Experience with real-time data streaming tools.
