Overview

People Incorporated Outpatient Mental Health Services is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join our team at our York Mental Health Clinic on St. Paul’s East Side. The Mental Health Professional applies evidence-based practices in providing an array of services to support client recovery, and facilitates safe, therapeutic interventions.

In Short

• Full-time position with a flexible schedule.
• Conduct diagnostic and comprehensive evaluations.
• Individualized treatment planning and client referrals.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide clinical supervision for trainees and interns.
• Collaborate with various mental health professionals.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in behavioral sciences.
• Current clinical license in Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT).
• 1-year full-time experience for unlicensed trainees.
• Working towards clinical licensure for trainees.
• Preferred certifications in specialized areas (EMDR, DBT, etc.).
