Overview

RESPEC is seeking a seasoned Capture Lead to drive growth and strategic alignment across our federal, state, local, and commercial portfolios. This leadership role is pivotal in identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities through the full capture lifecycle—from market analysis to award.

In Short

  • Drive pursuits and capture efforts for new and existing opportunities.
  • Lead capture and planning efforts within the Data and Technology division.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate capture team collaboration and decision processes.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline aligned with growth targets.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and agencies.
  • Guide proposal development teams with win strategies.
  • Provide market and competitor intelligence.
  • Monitor federal budgets and procurement trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Experience in creating compliance matrices for solicitations.
  • Success in winning contracts with federal, state, and commercial clients.
  • Understanding of federal acquisition processes (FAR, DFARS).
  • Strong network within government agencies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in management of internal personnel.
  • Experience with capture methodologies and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in federal business development.
