Overview

As the League Success Marketing Manager, you will focus on designing impactful marketing materials tailored to enhance League Operator experiences and drive the success of their youth sports programs.

In Short

• Partner with the League Success team to create and implement marketing strategies.
• Create compelling marketing templates and resources for League Operators.
• Design and implement marketing strategies to nurture League Operator relationships.
• Develop high-quality content that communicates the value of our programs.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns addressing client pain points.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Develop training resources to empower clients.
• Mentor and develop junior marketing team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the sports industry.
• Experience with non-profit or community organizations.
• Proven experience in lead generation and marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
