RCX Sports is the leader in youth sports experiences and events, committed to improving accessibility and inclusivity in sports. The Baseball & Softball Coordinator will coordinate operational efforts for MLB’s Pitch, Hit & Run property events.

In Short

• Assist event managers with event operations.
• Act as the coordinator for on-site events.
• Manage coordination of event staff and volunteers.
• Ensure events are properly equipped.
• Assist with event registration and customer support.
• Prepare and analyze event data.
• Collaborate on event integrations.
• Move event materials and equipment.
• Support additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Available to work on weekends or travel based on event dates.
• Strong understanding of youth baseball and softball.
• Experience in event operations with a baseball or softball team.
• Former experience as a college athlete or coach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to think critically under pressure.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Passion for youth sports.

• Full-time salary with an expected range of $48,000 - $52,000/year.
