League Management Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As an RCX Sports League Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with league operators across all RCX sports programs. This role will be responsible for understanding our customer’s needs, managing accounts, and ensuring customer compliance and satisfaction. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, communication skills and a strong understanding of league operations and the youth sports landscape.

In Short

• Manage assigned regional accounts and guide new league operators through the transition.
• Check-in with new league operators frequently to provide guidance.
• Share best practices to educate league operators.
• Support the growth of operators by developing account plans.
• Identify opportunities for additional products or services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present new resources.
• Prepare and present updates to League Account Manager.
• Support customer retention through collaboration.
• Coordinate with League Account Managers for compliance strategies.
• Assist with regular compliance audits of licensed leagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• At least 1 year of account management or customer service experience.
• Basic understanding of account management and league operations.
• Strong understanding of the youth sports landscape.
• Flexibility to travel for in-person meetings.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Initiative-taking and driven professional mindset.
