Overview

The Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn will work with customers to maximize their value from LinkedIn Learning, acting as a consultant and voice of the customer to internal teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting or learning and development preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Project management and time management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workflow across a large client base.
  • Understanding of Sales concepts and SaaS.
  • Experience analyzing data for customer value.
  • Team player with internal and client teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
