Overview

RingCentral is seeking a Sales Engineering Director to partner with Service Providers sales teams in North Central US, leveraging expertise in the RingCentral Ecosystem and UCaaS solutions.

In Short

• Lead partner enablement and training initiatives.
• Conduct remote and onsite product demonstrations.
• Co-sell and validate solutions via Proof of Concepts.
• Support business development and manage customer feature requests.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in a Technical Sales Engineer role.
• Strong background in UC/UCaaS environments.
• Proven technical leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate across teams.
• Knowledge of VoIP and data networking protocols.
• Experience with project management desired.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Some understanding of software development technologies.
• Ability to understand complex technical solutions.
