  • Support partners in building quality pipelines and closing deals.
  • Train partners on product and sales methodologies.
  • Develop strategies to differentiate services from competitors.
  • Engage with Carrier service providers.
  • Create programs to drive awareness of RingCentral solutions.
  • Conduct co-selling and key deal reviews.
  • Be the face of RingCentral at sales events.
  • Work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Previous field sales and channel enablement experience.
  • Understanding of communications services in the Australian market.
  • Aptitude to learn technology, especially cloud-based solutions.
  • Ability to develop and expand seller relationships.
  • Knowledge of market strategies and competition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in training and enablement programs.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Australia.
