In Short

  • Drive implementation, adoption, and expansion of solutions in the solar industry.
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Implement effective retention strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical teams.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on solar operations.
  • Craft comprehensive customer success plans.
  • Travel to customer offices and solar sites approximately 20% of the time.
  • Exhibit superb communication skills with various stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analysis to drive customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in solar industry operations and maintenance.
  • 5+ years experience in analytical thinking and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in business development and commercial negotiation.
  • Ability to manage multiple enterprise customers simultaneously.
  • Experience with DAS/SCADA platforms preferred.
  • Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
