Overview

Responsible for the sales of professional online staff and student safety & regulatory compliance solutions tailored exclusively to the education industry. Ensure assigned territory growth and profitability by initiating and developing solid business relationships with key K-12 decision makers.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan within a specified territory.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Continually build and grow a robust sales pipeline via relentless prospecting.
  • Initiate and develop relationships with multiple key decision makers.
  • Organize and conduct sales presentations, site visits and product demonstrations both in person and via web.
  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
  • Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas to effectively present and represent all WORKS programs.
  • Provide forecast regularly and accurately.
  • Travel as needed to meet/exceed goals.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree.
  • 5+ years of quota exceeding field Sales experience.
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS software solutions preferred.
  • Experience selling in K12 a plus.
