Overview

As a Customer Advisor / Account Manager at Rankingdocs, you will manage recruiting campaigns, advise clients, and coordinate projects to help over 1,500 employers in the healthcare sector find new employees and solutions for their vacancies.

In Short

• Acquire vacancies from existing and new clients and build a strong network.
• Place the entire service portfolio with existing clients and generate demand inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues for optimal up- & cross-selling.
• Support continuous improvement of customer experience through expertise.
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding new clients.
• Coordinate customer projects and manage key accounts.
• Identify new potentials in customer care and develop customer processes.
• Analyze the market and share recruiting trends with clients.

Requirements

• Completed training or degree with experience in personnel services or healthcare.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Proven track record in customer service environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High performance readiness and decision-making ability.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
• Familiar with Office applications and online marketing.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
