Account Manager for Recruitment Consulting (m/f/d) - 100% Remote

Overview

As an Account Manager for Recruitment Consulting, you will manage recruiting campaigns, advise clients, sell follow-up products, and coordinate projects in a fully remote environment.

In Short

• Acquire vacancies from existing and new clients and build a strong network.
• Place the entire service portfolio with existing clients and generate inquiries.
• Collaborate as a dedicated team player for optimal up- & cross-selling.
• Support the continuous improvement of customer experience through expertise.
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding new clients.
• Coordinate client projects and manage key accounts.
• Identify new potentials in customer service and develop processes.

Requirements

• Completed training or degree and experience in personnel services or healthcare.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Proven track record in customer care with a winning mentality.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High willingness to perform and decision-making ability in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with office applications like Microsoft Office.
• High online affinity, interested in online marketing and social media.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
