As a Working Student AI Solutions Engineer, you will support our team in the development and implementation of AI-based solutions for our recruiting and marketing business. You will work on exciting projects around automation, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) to optimize our internal processes and deliver better results for our clients.

• Development and optimization of AI-based tools for automating processes in recruiting and marketing.
• Support in the implementation and further development of NLP and machine learning models.
• Analysis of large data sets to derive recommendations for our client campaigns.
• Conducting tests and evaluating new technologies in the field of artificial intelligence.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• Initial experience with machine learning frameworks and NLP technologies.
• Knowledge of Python and experience with libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, or spaCy.
• Interest in applying AI in digital marketing and recruiting.
• Structured and independent working style with an analytical mindset.
