The Senior Online Marketing Manager will optimize the RaiseNow website, analyze market position, and execute successful online marketing campaigns to generate leads.

• Continuously optimize the RaiseNow website through tracking, reporting, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvements.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate qualified leads.
• Implement SEO and SEA strategies to enhance brand visibility and traffic.
• Utilize HubSpot for effective lead management and reporting.
• Track KPIs, optimize them, and make data-driven decisions focusing on measurable ROI.
• Successfully relaunch the new website for the Koalect brand.
• Collaborate with a team and support colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in online marketing, including website optimization and A/B testing.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEA and ability to implement strategies.
• Practical experience with paid online marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools.
• Experience in content performance measurement and conversion optimization.
• Basic knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS; JavaScript is a plus).
• Familiarity with content management systems, ideally HubSpot.
• Fluent in English (C1) skills, both written and spoken.
