Overview

This position is a parental leave cover for 12 months with the option for extension. The role can be based in Berlin or completely remote in Germany.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts in a proactive customer success role.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Provide relevant product knowledge and updates to clients.
  • Build strong partnerships with clients through fundraising expertise.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance processes and products.
  • Part-time scope of 60-100%.
  • Fluency in German and French required.
  • Experience in a customer-oriented environment preferred.
  • Flexible working hours and remote work options available.
  • 5 weeks of paid vacation plus additional days.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably in customer success or support.
  • Education in communication, marketing, business, or technology.
  • Strong technical understanding and communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and French (C1) and good English (B2).
  • Customer-oriented approach to building relationships.
  • Experience in digital fundraising is a plus.
