Overview

As a Senior Online Marketing Manager, you will be a key part of our Performance Department, responsible for mastering paid campaigns and developing our processes, funnels, and AI systems.

In Short

• Master paid campaigns: Conceptualize, launch, and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns with a focus on performance.
• Build funnels and strategies: Develop new funnels, landing pages, and automation paths that deliver measurable results.
• Utilize AI effectively: Implement AI tools and develop smart automations to simplify processes.
• Manage client relationships: Act as a sparring partner for clients during onboardings, kickoffs, and strategy meetings.
• Analyze campaigns: Understand your KPIs thoroughly and derive data-driven actions.
• Manage projects: Independently steer campaigns and processes, coordinating internal teams while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
• Chase trends: Stay updated on online marketing trends and proactively test new platforms, tools, and strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 3-5 years in online marketing, ideally in an agency or performance-driven environment.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, funnels, KPIs, media buying, and data-driven marketing.
• Tools: Experience with FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel, OnePage, Google Ads, ClickUp, Close, or similar tools.
• Tech understanding: Knowledge of how marketing technologies work, from automation to webinar tools to landing pages.
• Soft skills: Analytical, creative, organized, and proactive with clear communication and a love for responsibility.
• AI affinity: Curious about new technologies and strategically integrating AI tools into processes.
• Industry understanding: Good sense of target groups in the tattoo, beauty, or aesthetics sector, or quick to learn.
