Overview

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Marketing Manager to own and scale our Affiliate and Emerging Channels programs—key drivers of Dave’s next phase of explosive growth.

• Own Strategy & Execution: Set and drive strategy for all affiliate and emerging channel programs.
• Scale & Innovate: Identify, vet, and onboard new partners.

• Optimize for Quality: Analyze user traffic and mitigate fraud.
• Performance Analytics: Measure, report, and optimize campaigns.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to develop assets.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Product.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor teammates and manage relationships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of data-driven marketing experience.
• Proven ability to build and scale affiliate programs.
• Deep expertise in paid media and affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency in affiliate management platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a builder’s mindset.
