Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Rain, you will work with our largest customers to ensure they are continually deriving value from partnership with Rain, focusing on delivering a fantastic customer experience that results in expansion and increased retention rate.

In Short

  • Own the relationship between Rain Instant Pay and customers.
  • Develop success plans for customers.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with internal teams.
  • Work closely with Implementation and Sales.
  • Be the customer point of contact for support and queries.
  • Support the build and demonstration of client success stories.
  • Use customer relationships for prospect references.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SMB or Mid-Market.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of relationship building.
  • Proven ability to measure and communicate business needs.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Experience in FinTech is a plus.
  • Experience using an enterprise CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
