Overview

The Senior Pre-Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team and technical delivery teams to design and position IT solutions that meet the needs of our SME, enterprise, and public sector customers. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong consultative skills, and the ability to communicate complex IT solutions in a clear and compelling way.

In Short

  • Work with sales to propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions.
  • Design high-level and detailed solution architectures.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Assist with preparation of proposals and RFPs.
  • Provide technical input into pricing strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with technology vendors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in pre-sales or solutions architect role.
  • Experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience in developing technical proposals and RFP responses.
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers.
  • High level of self-motivation and independence.
