Overview

The Senior Pre-Sales Engineer will support new business development and existing customer growth with Wifinity solutions, working within a sales and design team to provide technical expertise and gather key requirements.

In Short

  • Support the Sales team with customer interactions.
  • Gather requirements for new and existing business opportunities.
  • Assist in the sales process with design principles and costings.
  • Refine customer requirements through workshops and interactions.
  • Create and deliver customer-facing presentations and technical materials.
  • Produce and review high-level bill of material documents.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and market trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in security/firewall/routing knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge of firewall and security design architectures.
  • Ability to analyze third-party networks and suggest improvements.
  • Experience designing and proposing LAN and WAN networks.
  • Strong knowledge of SD-WAN and associated setups.
  • Experience with ZTNA and SASE Architecture.
  • Basic wireless understanding.
  • Working knowledge of multiple industry vendors.
