Overview

The Senior Pre-sales Engineer is an expert in several eDiscovery applications and is responsible for providing support to prospective customers during the sales cycle. This individual will identify, understand and define customer needs and demonstrate how our solutions meet those needs.

In Short

  • Present GeorgeJon's products and services to current and prospective customers.
  • Lead prospects in understanding their needs and setting clear expectations.
  • Listen to and understand customer questions, tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Analyze complex customer environments for proposal requirements.
  • Evaluate hardware and software options for project scoping.
  • Communicate recommended configurations and their costs.
  • Support complex sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Develop implementation plans based on scoping elements.
  • Collaborate with Technical Engineers to resolve issues.
  • Stay current on eDiscovery market trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical consulting.
  • Proven track record in the eDiscovery or legal software industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Expert understanding of the EDRM Framework.
  • Advanced knowledge of Relativity, NUIX, and/or Reveal software.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and relationship building skills.
  • Detail oriented with high quality assurance for deliverables.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and balance multiple sales cycles.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel for client engagements up to 15%.
