Implementation Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Guide new and existing customers through the onboarding process of their software system.
• Serve as a product expert to customer caseload and internal teams.
• Communicate regularly with customers to facilitate the setup of their system.
• Work alongside the Customer Enablement and Customer Experience teams.
• Participate in customer training initiatives, including occasional travel.
• Maintain professionalism with clients, following HIPAA and internal policies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social services or relevant field preferred.
• Proven expertise in project management, implementation, or training.
• Strong understanding of EHR software, social services, and HIPAA preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate customer needs and creatively problem solve.
