HVAC Install Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a talented Install Coordinator to organize and coordinate HVAC installations, ensuring effective communication with customers and managing schedules.

In Short

• Organize & coordinate HVAC Install and QC schedules.
• Dispatch & debrief install crews.
• Monitor timesheets and prepare payroll for Installers.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Manage permits and schedule city inspections.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for nights & weekends.
• Maintain dispatch board and customer communication.
• Handle job costing and closeout processes.
• Field customer calls and issues.
• Daily data entry into Daily Manager Report.

Requirements

• Experience in the HVAC industry is highly preferred.
• Mandatory experience with Service Titan.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Sound critical thinking & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Empathetic and upbeat attitude.
• Driven for excellence.
