Overview

The Clinical Success Manager at Radformation will work remotely to enhance the workflow of clinics in the EMEA region by providing training and support for their automation tools in Radiation Oncology.

In Short

  • Remote position focused on clinical success in Radiation Oncology.
  • Engage with clinics to provide training and support.
  • Develop relationships with clinical leaders.
  • Conduct presentations and webinars to demonstrate software features.
  • Collaborate with sales and programming teams to address clinic needs.
  • Proactively gather feedback from clinics.
  • Assist in creating training materials for clinics.
  • Attend congresses and on-site meetings (less than 10% travel).
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical treatment planning experience required.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

Requirements

  • Passion for helping clinics improve their workflow.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in teaching and customer success is preferred.
  • Fluency in additional languages (German, Italian, Spanish) is a plus.
