Director of GTM Finance - Remote

At Rad AI, we’re on a mission to transform healthcare with artificial intelligence. We are seeking a Director of GTM Finance to partner with our CFO, CRO, and senior leadership on driving revenue growth and commercial excellence.

In Short

• Partner with CRO & GTM Leaders for financial insight across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
• Manage GTM forecasting: bookings, pipeline coverage, win rates, and sales cycle analysis.
• Conduct annual and quarterly planning for headcount, capacity, and compensation structures.
• Build and maintain SaaS unit economics models.
• Analyze sales and marketing funnel efficiency.
• Collaborate on sales capacity planning and quota models.
• Provide strategic insights on pricing and partner economics.
• Build financial models for scenario planning and reporting.
• Serve as the trusted advisor to GTM leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Sales Finance.
• Deep understanding of SaaS GTM metrics.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience in high-growth environments.
• Comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous settings.
• Passion for healthcare or mission-driven technology.
