Overview

The Lead Engagement Manager will build and maintain solid working relationships with coworkers and clients, managing customer expectations and ensuring the successful delivery of complex enterprise-wide programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing large complex programs.
• 12+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of Agile experience as a Scrum Master.
• Relevant project management certifications required.
• Public cloud platform foundational certification preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, and Agile management tools.
• Technical background in software development or engineering.
• Self-starter with a proactive management approach.
