Overview

The Client Partner is responsible for all client interactions for a portfolio of accounts, collaborating with teams to manage client relationships and implement account strategies.

Requirements

  • 12 - 14 years of experience in sales or related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Expert-level knowledge in sales training and processes.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software.
  • Ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Strong understanding of Rackspace products and competitors.
