Sr. Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Scrum Master will help to oversee the scrum development team and manage timelines, resolve problems and coach team members on Agile methodologies.

In Short

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
• Manage project tasks, track progress, and maintain documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retros, PI Planning).
• Collaborate with technical teams for seamless integration and deployment.
• Develop and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Prepare and deliver leadership briefs on project status.

Requirements

• Technical background as a DevSecOps engineer or backend developer.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in hybrid or remote-first environments.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Security clearance eligibility is required.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, AWS.
