Overview

As a Strategic Support Engineer at Rockwell Automation, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of the Lifecycle Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business by managing customer relationships and ensuring effective service delivery.

In Short

• Support the profitable growth of Lifecycle ARR business.
• Manage Service Level Agreements for designated accounts.
• Perform evaluations and manage obsolescence reporting.
• Resolve technical issues and expand existing services.
• Promote RepairPlus sales and identify sales leads.
• Interface with customers and various internal teams.
• Conduct site surveys for prospective new customers.
• Maintain customer records and perform administrative tasks.
• Provide technical assistance on-site.
• Participate in training for both technical skills and personal development.

Requirements

• Qualification in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• 5+ years of experience as a Control System Engineer or Maintenance Engineer.
• Technical background with customer-facing experience preferred.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Soft skills: reliability, self-management, and remote work capability.
