Overview

The Success Enablement Lead at Rockwell Automation will build and promote strategies for minimizing risk and resistance within the external ecosystem, focusing on change management and program operations.

In Short

• Lead Success Enablement for the dotCOM initiative.
• Ensure alignment of Customer and Partner Ecosystem audiences.
• Conduct impact analysis for new ways of working.
• Develop persona profile slides.
• Create a communication plan based on release milestones.
• Develop supporting communication materials.
• Capture feedback post go-live for iteration.
• Support Enterprise Transformation change management activities.
• Work closely with the Change Management Leader.
• Report to the Director for Strategic Planning and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing or similar.
• ADKAR and Prosci certifications preferred.
