Overview

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Data Analytics and Insights Analyst to enhance productivity and sustainability through data-driven decision-making.

In Short

• Collaborate with business to understand requirements.
• Utilize technology like Power BI for data modeling.
• Direct DA&I engineers on implementation tasks.
• Drive change management for data literacy and governance.
• Lead Program Increment sessions to align with strategic goals.
• Define business cases for project prioritization.
• Coordinate project resources for timely delivery.
• Improve processes by studying current practices.
• Collaborate with Data Governance team for metadata updates.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Capability team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with Power BI and Data bricks.
• Knowledge of multi-dimensional design and star schemas.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience in software design and development processes.
• Ability to translate business functionality into application requirements.
• Familiarity with information risk and security guidelines.
