Overview

The Data & Insights Analyst at Visa will transform large datasets into actionable insights to drive business value and improve client performance.

In Short

• Turn massive amounts of data into actionable insights.
• Build data products to maintain scorecard metrics.
• Work with clients to improve program profitability and cardholder experiences.
• Analyze cardholder behavior to enhance commerce experiences.
• Solve business challenges for Visa issuing banks and merchants.
• Perform automation and effective visualization.
• Manage reporting activities alongside projects.
• Domestic and international travel required 5% -10% of the time.
• Position allows for partial telecommuting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years of experience.
• Experience with SQL via Hadoop.
• Data manipulation in Tableau or similar tools.
• Experience with big data tools like Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.
• Ability to deliver findings in visualization to stakeholders.
