In Short

Handle end-user and system-generated tickets for network support.
Serve as an escalation point for junior network engineers.
Support network solutions for clients, including LAN, WAN, and WLAN.
Draft and approve network changes following change management processes.
Provide troubleshooting for network-related issues.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless network integration.
Conduct network performance monitoring and analysis.
Perform root cause analysis on recurring network issues.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Assist in the development of network documentation.

Requirements

U.S. Citizen (Federal client requirement).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Checkpoint firewalls.
3-5 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
Intermediate knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
Experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of network security concepts.
Experience with network monitoring tools.
Understanding of cloud networking concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
