  • Industry certification such as Cisco CCNP or CCIE preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and network management tools.
  • Ability to analyze packet captures and traces.
  • Experience with SD-WAN and cloud networking.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
