Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management or client experience management.
  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
  • Outstanding organization and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
