Overview

The Senior Client Success Partner - Perioperative will leverage deep OR experience to develop relationships with key leaders and users, manage complex project plans, and support clients throughout their contracts, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Qventus' perioperative solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years in healthcare consulting or client-facing role at a SaaS company.
• Polished executive presence and compelling storytelling skills.
• Proven track record in relationship management within hospital organizations.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Client or Account Management experience with healthcare organizations.
• Ability to understand client challenges and translate solutions into impact.
• Passion for maximizing client value and satisfaction.
• Familiarity with EHR systems.
• Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide.
