Senior AI Voice Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Senior AI Voice Engineer to join our Voice Platform team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in voice AI technologies—including ASR (automatic speech recognition), TTS (text-to-speech), and conversational AI design—to build and optimize voice-first experiences that feel natural, responsive, and context-aware.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in voice engineering.
• Experience working and building applications with Pipecat.
• Proven track record in designing, deploying, and scaling voice-enabled systems.
• Deep domain knowledge in voice AI and conversational interfaces.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate.
• Hands-on experience with relevant tools.
• A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail.
