Overview

The Senior AI Engineer plays a critical role in our team, working on both the frontend and backend architecture and orchestration layer for our AI systems.

• Architect and maintain Python-based services using Flask and modern AI frameworks.
• Build and scale secure API endpoints that interface with LLMs and vector databases.
• Implement advanced Agent orchestration logic and prompt engineering strategies.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines, including data loaders and chunking strategies.
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines for processing and retrieving data.
• Build seamless frontend experiences using Next.js and modern React patterns.
• Containerize AI services using Docker and implement deployment strategies with AWS.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to productionize models.
• Optimize prompt engineering techniques for improved LLM performance.
• Set up robust test coverage and CI/CD pipelines for AI services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with strong Python expertise.
• Hands-on experience building RAG systems and AI Agent architectures.
• Proficiency with LLM orchestration frameworks and AI development tools.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering principles.
• Experience integrating OpenAI APIs or Hugging Face models.
• Proficiency with Docker for containerizing applications.
• Experience building ML/data pipelines for AI systems.
• Comfortable with modern AI tooling and search technologies.
• Track record of building end-to-end Agent systems.
