In Short

• Develop and maintain reliable daily and near real-time pipelines that ingest and process healthcare data from hospital EHR.
• Drive evolution toward a medallion architecture for the Qventus foundational data model.
• Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to translate end-user and clinical needs into robust data models.
• Maintain and improve event-based architecture solutions.
• Support execution against key client implementations and team deliverables.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing in production environments; experience with dbt.
• 3+ years of experience with modern Data Warehousing platforms like AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Effective cross-functional communicator capable of translating technical concepts.
• Aptitude for interpreting complex datasets and extracting insights.
• Proven ability to solve open-ended problems and design practical data solutions.
